At Université de Moncton, I reviewed scientific literature, optimized experimental protocols, and performed platelet and mitochondrial isolation, mtDNA extraction, Western blotting, and high-resolution respirometry. I also analyzed and presented experimental results.

At CSDLAB–Medical Laboratory, I prepared blood, bone marrow, and CSF samples, performed cytochemical staining, and prepared samples for flow cytometry. I also analyzed flow cytometry data using BD FACSDiva and Kaluza, and registered biological specimens in MedCloud.
