What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a UI/UX or Product Designer role in a team that believes good design starts from truly understanding the people using it.

At PT. Vanz Inovatif Teknologi (QBIT), I designed Grip Reserve (QBook) CMS features including restaurant table floorplans and a QR-based queue management experience that lets customers monitor queues from mobile.

I've also designed WALS, a WhatsApp Loyalty System with 11 features spanning membership, promotions, rewards, notifications, customer service, and outlet management. I work closely with developers and product managers from brief through handoff, using Figma, user research, prototyping, and usability feedback to improve digital products for real external clients.
