At Gala Sentidos, my personal project, I defined and maintained the brand’s communication tone, adapting messages for different audiences. I also managed orders and sales from start to finish through Tiendanube.

I handled customer relationships directly and personally through WhatsApp Business, with a focus on clear communication and building trust.

At Bet Hilel, I coordinate weekly planning and delivery of group activities, managing schedules and last-minute changes. I also lead a team and adapt activities to each group’s needs.

I’m studying Advertising at Universidad Abierta Interamericana (UAI), where my relevant coursework includes advertising principles, marketing strategy, media planning, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.
