I'm looking to lead enterprise AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, and cloud-native technology strategy while building high-performing engineering teams and delivering measurable outcomes in financial services.

At JP Morgan Chase, I lead technology for MLIO, an AI-powered customer-support platform deployed to 15,000+ agents that reduced average handle time from 10 minutes to 3 minutes. I also lead Aurora Elements, a low-code platform supporting 100+ applications, and built private-cloud APM automation.

Previously at Citigroup, I led multi-location teams through a full-stack rewrite of Market Risk Analytics – Limit Central and rebuilt a VaR pipeline processing roughly 1 million records daily. My delivery, ownership, and team development earned seven Citigroup awards: two Platinum, four Gold, and one Silver.

I've delivered banking, cloud migration, e-commerce, and full-stack products across HSBC, Synechron, Netweb Software, Wipro, Credit Suisse, and Lehman Brothers.
