At Beem, I own onboarding and core product flows across health insurance, rewards, stock gifting, reviews, and ratings. My work has improved click-through rate, usability, App Store ratings, and Net Promoter Score through refined information architecture and UI.
I joined CRED through Kuvera's acquisition and helped shape its wealth app, simplifying financial concepts for a mainstream audience. At Kuvera, I led onboarding, investment, and National Pension Scheme experiences, while earlier building learner-centered EdTech interfaces through research, prototyping, and close product-engineering collaboration.
