What I'm looking for

I'm targeting senior opportunities across Sustainability, Finance, Risk, Research, Analytics, and Transformation where I can combine independent analysis, team leadership, and process improvement.

I've delivered around 15 Second Party Opinions for Green, Social, Sustainability, and Sukuk frameworks at Morningstar Sustainalytics, assessing use-of-proceeds against ICMA Principles, EU Taxonomy, GRI, SBTi, and SDG alignment.

As Manager, Sustainable Finance, I independently completed around 10 Annual Reviews and led a four-analyst team responsible for more than 100 reviews each year. I also owned issuer and stakeholder engagement across renewable energy, clean transportation, and green buildings.

I previously grew governance-indicator research teams from 12 to around 30 analysts, building Tableau workflow dashboards and setting standards for hiring, performance, coaching, and research quality. Earlier at Morningstar, I assessed around 300 CMBS transactions annually and co-created the Bloomberg-cited CMBS Weekly Chronicle.

Across sustainable finance, ESG risk, structured finance, and operations, I bring hands-on analytical delivery alongside team leadership and process transformation. I've been recognised twice with Star of the Quarter awards in Credit and Sustainable Finance.
