I am a second-year psychology undergraduate student at Thames International College, Kathmandu, Nepal, with a keen interest in clinical psychology, mental health advocacy, and research. Over the past year, I have completed internships at TPO Nepal and KOSHISH Nepal, where I assisted in community-based mental health awareness programs, documentation, and event coordination. I am actively building my research skills, learning statistical tools like SPSS and R, and engaging in independent psychology projects.

My career goal is to pursue a PhD or doctorate in clinical psychology at a top international university, focusing on neuropsychology and evidence-based interventions. I am passionate about contributing to mental health initiatives, supporting vulnerable populations, and collaborating with professionals on projects that promote psychological well-being.
