At Technica Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Previously Technica Solutions) / Atharva Enterprise, I managed procurement across 3–6 concurrent projects, from BOQ and material requirements through sourcing, ordering, and delivery.
I coordinated with 10–12 regular suppliers, compared quotations for each requirement, and handled approximately 5–10 purchase orders per month. My procurement included CCTV, fire alarm, PA, access control, fire extinguishers, and PVC conduit materials.
I also coordinated transportation and maintained BOQs, invoices, dispatch, and delivery records. I used Microsoft Excel/VLOOKUP and Tally ERP for procurement tracking, records, and MIS; earlier, at Just Roofing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I supervised daily dispatch operations.
