The app is built and runs on Gcloud with App Engine, DataStore, Memcache, django rest framework, MySQL etc. The app is used by Google and authorized public clients for managing events for milliions of users and delegates. The application powers Google I/O events, delegates registration, ticket management(Google Wallet) etc.
