I am an accounts receivable (AR) specialist with hands-on experience managing denials, rejections, and claims accuracy across healthcare and DME environments. I have worked with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms and used Brightree software to resolve complex denials.

Across roles at Trubridge (formerly ARAnalyst/Viewgol) and Sunknowlege Inc, I identified and corrected claim errors, appealed denials successfully, and implemented process improvements that optimized revenue cycle management. I also bring customer-facing banking experience from Bandhan Bank, where I supported and advised customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

I hold a B.Com (Hons) and communicate in English, Hindi, and Bengali. I combine analytical problem-solving with strong management skills, creativity, and a quick-learning approach to improve collections and reduce write-offs.
