At Crisis24, I’m the technical lead for Team Titan on OnSolve, a mass notification and critical event management platform. I serve as Integration Lead and own microservices for billing, analytics, exports, user self-registration, and external communications.
I built HTTP Poster, an asynchronous .NET service using AWS SQS that sends requests to external services and routes callbacks to SQS or Kafka. It sustains about 1,000 requests per second in production and reduced delivery failures by 20%.
I also rewrote the export system to raise the maximum export size from 150 MB to 500 MB in the same three-minute processing window. By resolving analytics-service memory issues, I reduced production incidents by 30% and memory utilization from about 90% to 36%.
I’m currently building TailorlyRemote, an AI-assisted job matching and résumé-tailoring platform. It uses .NET 10, React, and PostgreSQL, with a provider-agnostic LLM layer and an evaluation harness.
