Sithulima Udani

I am a Civil Engineer and Quantity Surveyor with eight years of experience across building, road development, irrigation and water supply projects in Sri Lanka. I have strong pre- and post-contract expertise and hands-on site management experience.

I have led construction sites, coordinated with consultants and clients, prepared BOQs, measurements and variation proposals, and produced progress reports and claims. I am experienced with major infrastructure projects including JICA-funded water supply works.

Technically, I am highly conversant with AutoCAD, Google Earth, MS Office, Sokkia and Topcon total stations/theodolites, and standard measurement methods (SLS 573, CESSM). I have practical skills in pipe laying (uPVC, HDPE, DI), testing, material reconciliation and quality control.
