I am a qualified Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in measurement, estimating and preparing bills of quantities for large commercial and residential projects. I have worked on multi-million dollar projects including The Altair Tower, Jana Jaya City, and Al Furjan markets, delivering accurate value assessments and supporting procurement and contract stages.

I bring strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven time-management and negotiation experience developed while working in team environments across Sri Lanka and Qatar. I am proficient in preparing quantity take-offs, value costing, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet project requirements.

I aim to contribute meticulous cost control, clear presentation of estimates, and reliable collaboration on complex projects to help teams deliver on scope, budget and schedule.
