What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to pursue an Honours programme in Occupational Health as the next step toward a career in occupational health.

At the National Institute for Occupational Health (NIOH), I gained practical exposure to occupational health research and epidemiological practice in the Epidemiology Department. I used Microsoft Excel and Stata to organise, analyse and interpret research data, and researched occupational hazards and diseases.

I also conducted literature reviews and contributed to evidence-based health information. I developed awareness and health-promotion materials to communicate occupational health risks to broader audiences.

As Vice President of the Public Health Society, I support student engagement and faculty initiatives. I established the first peer-to-peer tutoring network within the Public Health Faculty to encourage academic collaboration and student support.

My community work includes coordinating food and clothing drives and supporting outreach initiatives. At Cornwall Hill College, I led the Social Responsibility portfolio and developed a gardening initiative that culminated in a harvest drive supporting community needs.
