At Airbnb, I engineered analytics for the Listing Accuracy Verification initiative by combining behavioral signals, reservation outcomes, review text, and host activity patterns into a causal trust-scoring framework—improving inaccurate-listing detection across millions of inferences. I also led measurement and experimentation for In-Home Accessibility, defining north-star metrics, instrumentation requirements, and an experimentation roadmap aligned to guest booking journey investment.

I’ve built AI-powered knowledge retrieval using RAG to improve information accessibility and reduce manual effort for customer support, and I created an automated LLM evaluation framework (faithfulness, relevance, completeness, latency, hallucination rates) to strengthen model selection and AI quality. Earlier at Uber, I directed driver growth virality and driver acquisition initiatives with large-scale A/B testing, forecasting, and marketplace pricing models, and I’ve delivered scalable pipelines and executive dashboards to turn complex business questions into actionable insights.
