At a NASDAQ-listed SaaS company (Airbase / acquired by Paylocity), I was the sole frontend owner of major initiatives, including rebuilding a core accounting workflow used by thousands of customers with 82% adoption. I diagnosed a cross-customer performance bottleneck through profiling—cutting search latency 98% (1.7s to 0.03s) and modal load time 70% (2s to 0.6s) in a single PR—while resolving simultaneous production escalations across enterprise customers.
