MalaysiaWhat I'm looking for
At Lembah Bujang, I gained hands-on experience with non-seismic acquisition, using resistivity, magnetic, and gravity instruments. I installed 61 electrodes for a 200m resistivity survey line and collected magnetic and gravity anomaly readings.
For field data processing and visualization at UTP, I used Res2DInv and Geosoft Oasis Montaj, and compiled station data in Excel to calculate Bouguer and magnetic anomaly values with diurnal corrections. I also produced resistivity tomography and gravity and magnetic anomaly maps.
For Geo-Field Camp in Jerai, Kedah, I used QGIS to create a digital elevation map with bathymetry data, as well as topographic and geological maps. I'm seeking an internship placement from 11 January 2027 to 13 August 2027, with an interest in geophysics, mathematics, and quantitative interpretation.
