I’m a recent Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Statistics graduate, currently a Data Scientist under the Graduate Employability Enhancement Scheme at PETRONAS Digital Sdn Bhd. I’m driven by turning data into actionable forecasts and decisions—especially when accuracy and reporting performance matter.

In my role, I developed a 5-year Greenhouse Gas Emissions Forecasting model using AutoARIMA, Holt’s-Winter, and XGBoost with a Recursive approach to improve performance reporting and budget planning. I also built and optimized time series forecasting models in Azure Machine Learning to predict 4 days ahead.

I design end-to-end machine learning pipelines in Azure ML for both Regression and Classification, including Decision Forest, Boosted Decision Tree, and Neural Network. I’ve supported hands-on learning by assisting Citizen Analytics Level 3 training sessions using Azure ML and Power BI, and I’ve delivered optimization work with Gurobi for road tanker routing and scheduling.

Alongside forecasting and optimization, I contributed to a Well Viability Classification project to identify non-viable wells before investment, helping prevent potential financial losses. Previously, as a Data Scientist intern, I used Power BI for data visualization and supported capstone work on Visibility Prediction, plus I helped run an intensive thesis writing workshop as a Moderator (Part Time).
