I'm currently managing end-to-end procurement at Lasercraft Mergence, a steel manufacturing business, covering production materials, consumables, services and indirect spend. I source suppliers, evaluate quotations, negotiate commercial terms and administer purchase orders.

I own vendor relationships from onboarding through performance monitoring, tracking delivery commitments and service levels while escalating non-performance where required. I also manage Purchase-to-Pay controls by reviewing purchase orders, supplier invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness and policy compliance.

My work is grounded in procurement analytics and internal controls: I analyse spend, supplier pricing trends, POs, delivery notes and invoices in Excel to identify discrepancies, control weaknesses and financial leakage. I work closely with production, stores, finance, quality and suppliers to resolve issues and keep records audit-ready and POPIA-aligned.

Earlier, I managed tender administration at Black Bond Surfacing and strategic customer relationships at Skysupply Africa. I'm completing a BCom in Supply Chain Management and bring over 10 years of experience across technical buying, vendor management, accounts payable, reporting and client service.
