At Smarsh (formerly HPE/Micro Focus), I lead end-to-end QA for compliance and e-discovery platforms, building Selenium-Java automation frameworks and optimizing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. I validate large-scale legacy migrations from IDOL Content Engine to Elasticsearch, protecting data integrity, search accuracy, and audit compliance across multi-terabyte datasets.

I've driven automation-first and shift-left testing practices that improved release efficiency by approximately 35% and reduced defect leakage by approximately 70%. I also lead QA priorities, UAT governance, Agile ceremonies, performance testing, release documentation, and stakeholder collaboration for global BFSI clients including Morgan Stanley, JPMC, Deutsche Bank, and Standard Chartered.

Earlier at CGI, I developed and maintained automation scripts, regression scenarios, test data, and test cases while supporting system, performance, and penetration testing. I enjoy enabling QA teams to adopt practical automation, Agile delivery, and quality engineering practices.
