What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design user-centric digital products where I can simplify complex journeys, combine research with product thinking, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, and business teams.

At Grethena Solutions, I design social commerce, AI recruitment, operational dashboard, and platform optimisation experiences focused on usability and business scalability.

For Naar, I led end-to-end UX across mobile, web, seller, and admin experiences—from onboarding and discovery to checkout, order tracking, inventory, and content moderation. I use user feedback, analytics, behavioural data, usability testing, and funnel analysis to turn friction points into clearer flows and scalable design systems.

I also designed AI-assisted recruitment workflows for AI Rekroot and bring a systems-focused engineering foundation from infrastructure modelling work at Pinnacle Infotech Solutions.
