At Rackspace Technology, I lead end-to-end BI delivery for smart manufacturing, connecting Power BI to PySpark Bronze–Silver–Gold Delta Lake pipelines. I put real-time OEE, defect rate, yield, First Pass Yield, scrap, and on-time delivery dashboards in front of factory leadership.

I replaced manual QA reporting with parameterized Azure Data Lake Gen2 dataflows, cutting report preparation time by 70%. I also implemented dynamic RLS and Azure DevOps deployment pipelines to improve governed access and reduce deployment errors.

At Pizza Hut and HMS Holdings, I built Databricks ETL pipelines, Gold-layer datasets, semantic models, and operational dashboards for claims data. I improved a 100M+ row claims dataset refresh by 60%, delivered audit-ready paginated reports, and automated Power BI deployments using Azure DevOps and the Power BI REST API.

Earlier at Humana, I unified disconnected SQL Server and Oracle healthcare data into Medicaid and Medicare reporting models, created standard DAX KPI definitions, and implemented HIPAA-compliant security. I'm continuing to deepen my Microsoft Fabric and Direct Lake expertise for my next role.
