In my current role, I apply incoming wire and check payments using tools like Oracle E-Business Suite and Bank of America CashPro. I process refunds across multiple payment methods (including Adyen, Braintree, PayPal, and checks) and handle credit and debit memos while investigating unapplied payments and payment discrepancies.

I also strengthen billing accuracy by reviewing sales tax exemption requests, validating documentation, updating tax-exempt status, and adjusting invoices accordingly. Previously, I processed BCBS insurance claims, coordinated claim approvals, and supported revenue cycle follow-ups, denial resolution, and credit/debit memo workflows with a focus on quality, productivity, and compliance.
