At Ralakde Enterprises, I own analytics deliverables from stakeholder requirements through to Power BI dashboards used for live business decisions. I was converted from intern to full-time based on ownership and reliability under live timelines.

I write SQL queries and Python automation scripts to collect and prepare data from dynamic, captcha-protected portals. I also clarify ambiguous reporting asks, propose an approach, and document shipped outputs for non-technical stakeholders.

Independently, I built a RAG-based AI customer-support pipeline using the OpenAI API, making hands-on decisions around chunking, retrieval quality, and hallucination handling. I’m drawn to product work because I enjoy understanding why something is designed, writing it clearly, and pushing it through to done.

My product case study on a Brazilian marketplace diagnosed a 54.87% B2B seller drop-off and 3.04% repeat-purchase rate, then prioritized proposed fixes with a RICE roadmap. I built the SQL, Python cohort analysis, Power BI-ready exports, and strategic report myself.
