I’m looking for a team where I can modernize mainframe systems end-to-end, translate business logic into Java services, and keep improving database performance while collaborating closely on validation and delivery.

I’m a Software Engineer focused on mainframe modernization—analyzing COBOL programs, CICS transactions, and JCL jobs to deliver accurate technical documentation and reliable Java replacements.

In my recent role, I documented CICS maps, BMS layouts, and screen flows, then validated functional equivalence by comparing request–response behavior, field-level validations, and error handling against the original CICS logic.

I’ve also driven performance improvements through SQL indexing and query restructuring (reducing execution time 40%), and led DB2-to-PostgreSQL migration work using ETL and schema optimization to improve query performance by 35%.
