At Zepto, I set the direction for the org-wide data platform and architected a production multi-agent system using MCP, LangGraph, and Milvus for natural-language SQL, lineage, anomaly detection, and RCA.
I led the migration of Ads and Search embeddings from Qdrant to self-hosted Milvus OSS, contributing to ₹2.5 Cr+ in savings and cutting latency by 40%. Milvus now powers the Zepto app’s ads and search experience at 40K RPM.
Before Zepto, I led multi-cloud migrations and analytics re-architecture at Glance, including a Shop101 migration that improved uptime SLA from 70% to 99.99%. Across my roles, I’ve worked on data platforms processing up to 20 TB/day and delivered infrastructure cost savings and reliability improvements.
