What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can design curriculum and teacher-training programs, mentor educators, lead pedagogy innovations, and support reflective, arts-integrated learning in collaborative academic settings.

I am a teacher educator with a background in Science and Education and over six years of teaching and academic-coordination experience. I design and deliver courses in pedagogy, science pedagogy, gender studies and assessment, develop curriculum and self-study modules, and introduced a Dance-Drama pedagogy course to integrate performing arts into learning.

I have mentored student teachers in lesson planning, action research and conference presentations, led teacher training and competency sessions, and managed academic operations including CBSE affiliation processes. My work emphasizes innovative pedagogy, classroom management, formative assessment and fostering reflective, aesthetic-sensitive teaching practices to empower students and educators.
