What I'm looking for

I seek a student-centered teaching role where I can mentor learners, improve outcomes, and support extracurricular and career guidance.

I am an experienced teacher with a long tenure at Rayat Education Sanstha, Satara, specializing in Marathi and related subjects. I hold a Bachelor of Education and Master of Arts degrees in Marathi and Political Science from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

Since October 2012 I have taught talented students, guided extracurricular activities, and supported career and personal development for learners. I have led efforts to address student learning problems through project work and hands-on guidance.

I am student-focused, committed to fostering responsible behavior and practical skills, and I seek opportunities to continue contributing in education where I can apply my subject expertise and mentoring experience.
