What I'm looking for

I am seeking remote opportunities in consultation, research, and Ayurveda base job profiles, administration and medical content development—where I can combine clinical rigor with Ayurveda-based patient assessment and mental wellness coaching.

I am BAMS and MS (General Surgery) qualified, with a strong focus on integrative healing. I am a Certified Holistic and Mental Health Wellness Coach, and I bring hands-on clinical experience in Ayurveda base patient assessment, patient care, surgery assistance, and practice administration.

From Nov 2011 onward, I provided comprehensive medical care across IPD and OPD settings, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring. As a Registered Medical Officer, I managed critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with ventilator support and rapid emergency assessment, while maintaining accurate patient records and adherence to medical protocols.

At AAppleHospital, Airoli (Oct 2021–Nov 2022), I expanded my work across in-patients (IPD), out-patients (OPD), ICU, casualty/emergency, and ward-admitted patients. I supported pre-operative and post-operative surgical care, assisted and performed ward-based procedures (including catheterization and wound care), and contributed to surgical safety through sterile technique.

Since Jan 2023, I conduct Ayurveda consultations and continue Garbhasanskar prenatal sessions—guiding trimester-wise Ayurvedic diet, prenatal yoga & meditation, and mental wellness support. Alongside my clinical work, I focus on health writing, research-based writing, and mindfulness and mental wellness practice, and I am seeking remote opportunities in consultation, research, and Ayurveda-based job profiles, administration, and medical content development.
