At EY Global Delivery Services, I worked independently on transaction monitoring for Poland- and U.S.-based financial institutions and supported a large KYC remediation engagement, conducting KYC reviews, EDD, adverse media screening, and preparing analytical workpapers. I served as Deputy Pod Lead for an 11-member team, trained new joiners, performed QC reviews, and contributed to process improvements that enhanced efficiency and data quality.
