I'm building AI-enabled customer segmentation and customer experience platforms at Loylty Rewardz. I lead development of a self-hosted LLM workflow integrated into N’gage, enabling marketers to define segments and target groups through chat.
I've managed data infrastructure serving AI, ML, BI, and analytics across 22 banking partners, harmonizing more than 5 billion transaction records. I improved GPU training cycles from 10 hours to 2.5 hours, modernized legacy batch processes into containerized Airflow DAGs, and improved pipeline reliability to 95%.
Previously at Medly, I built segmentation, topic modeling, market expansion, upsell, and market basket analytics products that increased provider engagement, improved NPS, supported expansion into five cities, and generated incremental revenue.
