I've also led De La Rue Identify deployments for Rwanda, Malta, and Estonia immigration, delivering ICAO-compliant ePassport and eID capabilities with PKI, HSM, and machine integrations. Across Datamatics, Omnitech, and earlier software engineering roles, I've delivered forecasting, education, public-sector, retail, HR, and business-critical systems, including award-winning project work.
