In my recent role as a Data Analyst Consultant Intern at Rubixe, I designed and developed proof-of-concept dashboards for client datasets, reducing manual reporting time by 40%. I partnered with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions, and I presented data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

I also built an end-to-end HR analytics dashboard for 22,214 employee records, from fixing date inconsistencies and removing duplicates to creating an interactive 4-page Power BI dashboard. I used 10 purpose-built SQL queries to extract and aggregate headcount, attrition, and diversity metrics, helping HR identify top attrition drivers and improve retention strategies.

Beyond hands-on work, I completed job simulations with Deloitte, Tata, and TCS—including a GenAI-powered data analytics simulation. I’m passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable visualizations using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel capabilities.
