I’m a Senior Finance & Investment Professional with 15+ years of leadership across capital markets, corporate finance, M&A, private equity, and investment portfolio management. I combine strategic rigour with execution discipline—delivering insight alongside deal and portfolio outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

I’ve owned end-to-end transactions, including a USD 100 Mn Share Purchase Agreement and a EUR 50 Mn cross-border fundraise, from due diligence through closure. I currently manage a ~INR 1,000 Cr multi-asset promoter portfolio, where I lead tactical rebalancing, performance monitoring, and risk-calibrated decision-making.

Most recently, I established an independent research and advisory practice after a senior corporate role. I built proprietary investment frameworks and systematic decision-making tools, developing structured approaches to translate market volatility into risk-aligned strategy.

Earlier roles strengthened my governance and controls mindset: leading statutory compliance, GL management, variance analysis, and audit-readiness improvements, including a migration to cloud-based financial management systems. With an IIM Ahmedabad MBA (BPGP, 2025–27) and deep expertise in financial reporting, IFC/ICFR, and regulatory compliance, I’m focused on disciplined value creation.
