I am looking for opportunities that allow me to grow in training coordination and digital content creation, ideally in a collaborative environment that values creativity and innovation.

I am a motivated and detail-oriented BBA graduate with practical experience in training coordination, digital content creation, and event support. My journey has equipped me with strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities, which I leverage to enhance training programs and organizational branding.

Currently, I serve as a Training Coordinator at the Banking, Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal, where I manage the organization's website and social media platforms. I design promotional materials using Canva and organize training programs, ensuring a seamless experience for participants. My role as a digital coordinator during conferences has further honed my skills in overseeing digital presentations and online communications.

Through my internship at the same institute, I gained valuable experience in designing marketing materials and supporting training initiatives. I am eager to continue developing my skills and contributing to impactful training and development programs.
