At Tata Consultancy Services, I build enterprise virtual assistant applications such as TechConnect2.0 using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
I design conversational topics with natural-language triggers, conditional branching, custom entities, multi-turn dialogue flows, and fallback mechanisms that keep user sessions on track.
I build Power Automate cloud flows that connect Copilot Studio with ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Dataverse for automated incident creation and ticket-status retrieval. I also work with stakeholders to translate business logic into conversational flows.
Alongside conversational AI, I've developed responsive React single-page applications, integrated Node.js and Express REST APIs, managed state with Redux, and supported chatbot components using Node.js and MongoDB in Agile teams.
