At Wipro Limited, I work on the HP Inc. project, analyzing and creating monthly reports for the customer. I use Power BI and Excel to present reporting data and monthly work.

I retrieve and update data in SQL Server and create SOPs and reports for special customers. I also handle reporting issues, work as a quality auditor, and interface with SDMs and the Project Manager on customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

I’ve maintained 100% TAT accuracy with zero escalations and TAT-failed cases. My experience includes Power BI, SQL, SAP SD, and business reporting, and I hold the Power BI Master certification and an IBM CE certificate in Big Data and Analytics with IBM InfoSphere BigInsights.
