I’m Shivi Verma, a finance professional with over 9.5 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) operations, specializing in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Subledger Reconciliation, and process optimization. I’ve worked with SAP and HighRadius across global shared service environments, leading end-to-end AR processes — including payment posting, exception handling, unapplied/duplicate cash resolution, intercompany settlements, and audit compliance.

In my current role at Accenture, I’ve driven automation improvements that enhanced cash application accuracy and SLA adherence. I’ve also built Excel-based dashboards to track DSO and cash flow trends, collaborated with credit and collections teams, and mentored junior analysts. For these efforts, I was awarded the Encore Star of Business Award (Q4 2023).

I hold an MBA in Finance & Marketing and have worked in both corporate and client-facing finance roles. My interests include process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging data to drive performance.
