At Nagarro, I completed a rebuild of Gift Aid claim creation, replacing a blocking desktop workflow with background processing and user notifications. The new flow cut wait times by up to 95%.

I also designed the core asynchronous Gift Aid pipeline and moved other legacy features to asynchronous processing. For the fundraising platform, I built and published an event check-in add-in with QR-code attendance and one-click bulk email.

I’ve mentored engineers and coordinated with other teams to keep delivery on track. My work has been recognized as an Extraordinary Role Model, in the top 5% company-wide.
