Message

At CloudCentric Infotech, I lead technical delivery for Shakti Education Trust’s Education Cloud implementation, covering solution design, data models, automation, integrations and student- and teacher-facing experiences.

I build Salesforce AI capabilities with Agentforce and Prompt Builder, and own workflows for course offerings, program enrollment and attendance. I also set coding standards, review code and coordinate releases.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer & Integration Specialist, I delivered Apex services, LWCs and REST/SOAP integrations across client engagements. For Wave Infratech, I supported a migration of 100K+ records with 99% reported accuracy, along with integrations including SAP, CTI and IBM Cognos.
