At Microsoft, I delivered SSDT and SSMS capabilities, including DacFx and MDS upgrades, security fixes, and modernization across Visual Studio release branches.
I built an SSDT SDK extension with project and item templates, database-reference dialogs, package registration, localization, and telemetry. I also delivered SSMS 22 SqlProj end to end, including CPS integration, SQL Code Analysis, and a publish dialog.
I improved reliability by resolving critical Watson issues and raised the SSDT unit-test pass rate from 50% to 95% by stabilizing tests and automating Azure container-based execution in Azure DevOps pipelines.
At OptumGlobalSolutions-UHG, I automated Azure infrastructure provisioning and contributed to cloud migration using CDC-based streaming from on-prem SQL Server with Kafka and Logstash. I also built event-driven platform PoCs and observability dashboards for claim-adjudication workflows.
