At Newgen, I architected a support agent that uses LangChain, Gemini, and pgvector to query troubleshooting guides and technical documentation. It reduced user resolution times.
I also improved dashboards by 50% through list virtualization and optimized conditional rendering, and helped resolve state-management and performance bottlenecks in Newgen’s BAM admin module. I migrated the application from React 17 to React 18.
At Knimbus, I helped migrate Knimbus v4 from Angular to React and built analytics dashboards for its digital library platform. Earlier, at TechDimension IT Solutions, I contributed to an Applicant Tracking System and developed Node.js and Express REST APIs; in personal projects, I built a browser-based video editor and conversion platform and developed RESTful APIs for FreeLanceTracker.
