What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver patient-centered infusion and coordination while building on my clinical research experience—supporting safe care plans, clear communication, and strong continuity from assessment through follow-up.

I’m a tri-lingual (English, Nepali, and Hindi) Registered Nurse with 12 years of experience across research, surgical oncology, adult medical intensive care, and critical/emergency response settings. I focus on patient-centered care—assessing physical status, administering medications, educating patients and families, and ensuring continuity of care.

Currently, I coordinate and provide infusion care under the supervision of the Regional Nurse Manager, and I also serve as a Clinical Research Nurse II (Per Diem) at the University of Connecticut—reviewing protocols, supporting subject recruitment, monitoring responses to new therapies, and administering investigational products with specimen collection. Previously at Yale Medicine, I led clinical coordination work by triaging referrals, scheduling procedures, obtaining records, and managing imaging documentation in EPIC.
