I’m a DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of overall IT experience, including 1.5+ years of hands-on DevOps work and 3.5 years in enterprise IT support. I focus on building reliable deployment workflows and keeping production environments stable.

I’ve built and maintained CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated application deployment, and I’ve reduced application deployment time by automating those pipelines. I also use Infrastructure as Code with Terraform to improve deployment consistency and enable repeatable provisioning.

On the cloud and container side, I manage AWS infrastructure and work with Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and run containerized applications. I monitor performance and resolve deployment issues, supporting production environments with strong troubleshooting and incident response.

My background also includes Service Desk Engineering, where I handled L1 support, managed incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, and administered Active Directory. I bring that service mindset into DevOps—shipping faster while staying reliable, structured, and efficient.
