I am a seasoned Senior Compliance and Administration Manager with nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry. I specialize in regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational oversight, ensuring organizations adhere to evolving legal and ethical standards.

Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented compliance frameworks, streamlined administrative processes, and led cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and accountability. I bring strong understanding of financial regulations, internal controls, and governance practices, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risk.

In my current role, I act as the Compliance Officer for the group registered at the Financial Intelligence Centre. I develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs; conduct regular risk assessments and audits; and maintain accurate compliance documentation and reports for internal and external audits.

I also guide staff on regulatory requirements through leadership and training, liaise with regulatory bodies, and investigate compliance violations to recommend corrective actions or sanctions. I oversee FICA, AML, and KYC compliance processes, manage onboarding compliance, draft agreements, support dispute resolution and contractual queries, and ensure record-keeping and document retention in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
