What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a virtual, patient-facing care role where I can use clinical triage, clear telephonic communication, patient messaging, and care coordination to help patients navigate urgent and complex needs safely.

I'm a Florida Registered Nurse at HealthPark Medical Center's Progressive Care Unit, where I assess medically complex patients, identify changes in condition, and escalate urgent concerns in real time.

I coordinate with providers and interdisciplinary teams, document care in Epic, and translate clinical information into clear guidance for patients and families. I'm eager to bring my triage, telephonic communication, and care-coordination experience to a virtual patient-facing role.
