What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote architectural visualization or interior-space work where I can create high-quality renders, detailed CAD packages, and interactive walkthroughs that help international studios win client sign-offs.

I create atmosphere-driven 3D marketing renders for commercial, hospitality, and residential interiors, using Archicad, Twinmotion, and Lumion to turn spatial concepts into client-ready visuals.

As an independent remote 3D Visualizer and Technical Drafter, I’ve modeled multi-family residential assets, detailed apartment and individual residential spaces, and converted hotel dimensions into organised CAD packages for presentations. My work builds on seasonal experience at Dezyn Forum Ltd., where I produced layouts for hospitality spaces including lobbies, restaurants, lounge bars, kitchens, commercial offices, and corporate dining areas.

I also bring on-site construction exposure across excavation, foundations, concrete framing, masonry, finishes, and MEP coordination, helping me connect digital design decisions with how spaces are built.
