I build budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and executive reporting that help leaders make practical financial decisions. With nearly seven years across FP&A, public-sector finance, audit and controls, I translate financial data into clear recommendations.

At the Finance Department, Government of Balochistan, I prepared and reviewed annual budgets, expenditure plans and forecasts, monitored budget utilisation, and led Zero-Based and Hybrid Budgeting reforms. I also built a Python-based dashboard to visualise spending trends and detect budget anomalies.

Previously, at Balochistan Revenue Authority, I conducted risk-based financial and tax audits, evaluated internal controls, and contributed to the assessment and recovery of more than PKR 300 million. Earlier at Wealth Bridge Consulting, I supported statutory audits, IFRS-compliant reporting, reconciliations and accounting record preparation for NGOs, donor-funded projects, government entities and private-sector clients.

I’m an ACCA Member and MSc Economics graduate, ranked first in Pakistan in ACCA Advanced Performance Management. I recently built an interactive FP&A Performance Analytics Dashboard using Python, Streamlit, pandas, Plotly and SQLite for budget, actual, forecast, scenario and management-reporting analysis.
