I am a QA Engineer with about four years of experience in testing web and mobile applications within the banking and healthcare sectors. I specialize in advancing my career in QA engineering through disciplined testing methodology, clear communication, and strong customer service capabilities.

In my roles at Imark Pvt. Ltd. and Cyberarrow LLC, I analyzed and clarified requirements with customers or business analysts, planned testing processes, and wrote comprehensive test cases. I conduct functional and load testing using JMeter, identify and track issues, and collaborate with developers to re-test fixed defects while maintaining detailed test documentation and optimizing test processes.

I also focus on specialized testing such as API testing and database testing using SSMS, and I handle release note, smoke/sanity, system, and security testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, Jira, and BurpSuite.
