I've modernized enterprise Microsoft 365 environments for Consolidated Communications/Fidium Fiber, retiring legacy SharePoint, Lotus Notes, Nintex, InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer solutions.
As the technical lead for a 29-application Lotus Notes retirement, I delivered 12 SharePoint Online and Power Platform databases, including four high-complexity applications. I also consolidated 40+ legacy SharePoint sites and decommissioned one on-premises environment.
I led a 60-day migration of 6,000+ SharePoint 2010 sites to SharePoint Online and engineered more than 100 Power Platform applications and automated workflows. My work includes information architecture, governance, permissions, external collaboration, audit reporting, and tenant storage optimization.
I'm continuing to build Power Platform solutions, including an Engineering inventory management system, while creating reusable PnP PowerShell tooling and training technicians and contractors to adopt modern operational systems.
